From Our Founder
Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of leading IT and digital transformation across Europe, Africa, and China. One thing became clear, businesses need smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions connecting people, processes and purpose.
I founded SynTerraAI based on this premise – to help companies simplify, secure, and scale with confidence.
At SynTerraAI, we bring together strategy, security, and human-centered automation — built for trust and scale. We help businesses rework outdated systems, revamp disconnected processes, and review their digital strategy for growth.

Our name. Our purpose.
SynTerraAI brings together three ideas: “Syn” reflects synergy and connection. “Terra,” the Latin word for earth, expresses our commitment to staying grounded. “AI” represents the technology we use to help people work more effectively.
Together, they express our belief that technology should serve human needs and remain connected to the world in which we live.
For our founder, Samuel Odibo, that belief grew through 16 years working in the renewable-energy sector. That experience shaped an awareness of the relationship between business, technology, people and the environment.
