Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Who is responsible

SynTerraAI GmbH, Leutschenbachstrasse 95, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland, is responsible for the corporate website at synterraai.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@synterraai.com.

Scope of this notice

This notice describes personal data associated with our corporate website, enquiries and appointment booking. The separate FlowAI marketing website and application have their own FlowAI Privacy Policy. Do not submit contracts, passwords or sensitive personal information through the corporate enquiry or booking forms.

Enquiries and correspondence

The contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and your message. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share. We use these details to respond, understand your request, prepare a consultation and manage the resulting business correspondence. The website uses WordPress and Contact Form 7 to provide its enquiry forms.

Appointments

Our appointment links use Cal.com. The AI Discovery Call and FlowAI Demo are separate booking types. When you open a booking page, Cal.com receives technical information from your browser. When you book, the form collects your name, email address, company, selected appointment time and any optional notes or guest details you provide. These details are used to arrange the meeting and send booking communications and calendar invitations. Appointments use our connected calendars to manage availability and avoid scheduling conflicts. Meetings are held through Google Meet.

Read the Cal.com Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy for information about those providers’ processing. Opening these external services is governed by their own privacy notices as well as our use of booking information to handle your enquiry.

Enterprise AI updates

The footer includes an email field for Enterprise AI Insights. The email address you submit is used to handle your request for updates. You can ask us to stop sending updates by contacting info@synterraai.com. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not itself constitute a request to subscribe.

Cookies, technical data and external content

The website uses CookieAdmin to provide cookie choices. Use the cookie preference control on the website to review or change your choices; your browser also provides controls for stored cookies. WordPress administration uses cookies for sign-in and editor preferences. Technical data associated with website requests can include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times, which support website delivery, administration and security.

The site contains links to external websites, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Cal.com and the FlowAI websites. If you follow a link or load external content, the external provider receives information about your request and may use its own cookies. Its privacy notice applies to that processing. The presence of a cookie banner does not mean that every service uses the same cookies or retention period.

Who may receive information and processing locations

People handling your enquiry at SynTerraAI GmbH and the service providers involved in website operation, email delivery and appointment scheduling may receive information needed for those functions. Cal.com and Google are identified above for booking and meetings. External services can involve processing outside Switzerland. For questions about the providers, countries and safeguards relevant to your particular interaction, contact info@synterraai.com. This notice makes no promise of exclusively Swiss hosting or storage.

Retention

Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose of the interaction, whether an ongoing business relationship results, and any applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. This website notice does not specify a single retention period for every enquiry, booking or provider. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your particular records. Provider-specific retention information is described in the linked provider notices.

Your privacy requests

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access to information about your personal data, correction or deletion, and may have rights to restrict or object to processing or receive certain data in a portable form. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Legal obligations or other applicable exceptions can limit a request. We may need information to verify your identity before disclosing personal data.

Send requests to info@synterraai.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority. We update this notice when relevant website practices change.
